"Room was spotless, modern with quality furnishings! The Bed and linens were so comfortable! Front desk, and attendents were the best. Nice surprise to have a nightly biwl of delicious salmon chowder at 5pm. Also, a homebaked cookie at 7. Will definitely stay again bext year for my Birthday! PS...Big plus, Pet Friendly!"

"With most hotels, how can breakfast be eco-friendly and healthy?"

"If you have kids, this is the only place you need to worry about. Fully equipped kitchen, dining, even boots and games in the closet! We felt literally at home. I will suggest if you have kids to ask for a ground floor unit. We were on the bottom floor with our kids and the people above us had a stampede going on all night. Not the property's fault, I didn't call and complain. I will never book another place after staying here. Staff was also so fantastic and the place was spotless. Zero complaints. "

"Great rooms"

"Staff was delightful, housekeepers up to and including the manager. The restaurant was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice touch, two comfortable chairs and a table between looking out over the ocean. A set of this on every floor as well as plenty of views from the lobby. Table games available in the lobby. There was a nice path to the beach, a bit steep, but you don’t get those nice views without some elevation. Our stay was in November. I imagine it would be ven more pleasant in the summer."

"The rooms are generally pretty clean although there is usually a greasy kind of film from the Lysol or whatever they use to clean the surfaces on the desk, countertops, etc. But oj the flip side it means they are getting cleaned. Parking is always easy, very conveniently located for me (class right next door and a pawn shop down the road about a mile). Staff is always kind and helpful. Overall not a bad spot, I stay here everytime I'm in Newport which is pretty much every week since I've been working a job in the area. It's not a five star resort by any means but a decent place to stay if you aren't too picky. "
