"Great breakfast .staff v good A bit dosappointed withh riom ckean as bed not made, just cover staightened, and not vacuuned which seems unusual. Only used this once too. I think the outside windows are due a clean too"

"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"

"We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. "
