「I was very surprised on how well everything was. Lovely hotel. A great room setup. Quiet and romantic. Amazing views. Awesome jacuzzi and inside pool. Close to everything. Wish there was more restaurants and i wish i won more in gambling other than that i will be coming back. I forgot to use my rewards card but definitely gambled two days. Hope thats enough for some comps. I ate at the 24/7 three times. Thank you for keeping us entertained. 」

「Room was great, everything worked perfectly, nice location. Choose room 13. Best room IMO. The staff had great customer service. -Hot tub is for the one Executive Suite which booked before I had a chance to get it, but was unclear about the hot tub being for exclusive use only. The sauna is available for guests though. The lady in the office was very kind and went above and beyond for breakfast and with service. Will book again! Thank you for the hospitality! 」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...
