Great location & a clean property. Could do with some work to the property - our apartment had a crack in the wall & a light had obviously been taken out of the main bedroom to be replaced by a fan with light but then no repair work done around the previous light fitting. Parking was easy. Probably the main drawback was no air conditioning in the bedrooms - the one unit in the living room didnt get into them & the bedrooms got very stuffy for sleeping.

Great location and very comfy, quiet sleep.
The apartment itself needs a few repairs/upgrades like new blinds and carpet but overall it was large and comfortable and was decent value for money for a family stay.

The parking was conveniently located under the apartment with direct access via a stairway. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. A little lacking on comfortable indoor seating for a family of 5. Overall, very good stay.

Very clean and tidy property. A bit smaller than I expected as a lot of the 160sq is taken up by the balcony but still big enough for what we needed. Check in/out was very smooth. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quite room. Could do with a 2nd lounge chair and a 2nd or bigger frypan but overall we were happy with it (2 adults, 2 kids) and would happily stay here again. Very nice area to visit, especially for families with young kids as Speers Point Park is only a short drive away and is awesome for kids.

After an 11 hr drive difficulty with keyless entry. Had to leave aptmt unlocked first night when out Water on floor in bathroom - leaking toilet? slipped in the morning. Tiles very slippery No working bedside lamps in one bedroom. Third bed in doorless entry. Open holes in ceiling Beds average Drove over broken glass in carspace

Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes.
Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs which, fits a single bed crammed into the space - no door either! We then had to set the cot up in the main rooms walk in closet!
Inconvenient and although a lovely area in Warners Bay and a decent apartment complex, we will not be staying again.
