「The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either.」

We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. 「Check in was slow. The people in front of me seemed to have big problems. A guy kept coming out from the back and talking to the front desk staff and preventing them from moving the people through. When I got to the counter, my check in took about 2 minutes. They probably need a separate line for normal people. After we got the room, everything went very well. The room was awesome.
