We absolutely loved this property - so convenient to everything in Galway - easy walk to Latin Quarter and Shop Street, Eyre Square and the West End! Only wish there was a small mini-fridge - otherwise a perfect room, beautifully decorated and a fantastic shower with the best water pressure in Ireland!!
The museum - definitely worth a visit

The location was great and the room was nice. There is no staff on site, so we weren’t able to get help when the wifi was down for the duration of our stay.

The room was very hot and had a window air conditioner that didn’t work/was missing pieces. The shower was scalding hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The room itself was as described. The area was quiet, safe, and walkable. There was a convenient parking lot across the street but the city meter did not work.

The room was small but well equipped and the bed was comfortable. There was some noise from inside and outside the building but they provided earplugs so it was okay. The only negative point was the shower, there was only very hot water coming out, regardless of the temperature selection.

We had booked two separate nights over a weekend in early July. The keyless access is terrible. The guesthouse did not send the correct date's confirmation code and we could not access. I emailed and it took them 3 hours to get back to us. They refused to refund the nights' accommodation though I had to book another hotel and was very lucky to get a room at the last minute. I'm all for efficiency but not when you cannot address an issue and nobody answers the emergency number!!!
