This is definitely an older motel, but I have stayed here three times and was perfectly happy to give up a few amenities for the cost savings and location. Staff is super friendly, and I’ll be staying here again.

I was looking for a hotel while on the road and the price seemed reasonable and also included breakfast. To my surprise, this was not a hotel.It is a motel. Neighbors were loud. Someone was smoking in a non smoking room, albeit they had the door open, but the smoke wafted into our room. The advertised breakfast was in a limited time period and the room did not look very appealing. we skipped breakfast, and went to a local diner. Part of the bathroom has been renovated, except for the tub that looked very unappealing.So we didn't use it. If you are traveling and arriving in early evening and checking out the next day....It's fine.Bedding was clean and the bed was firm. The t v was of a newer style and lots of choices for channels, unlike some better hotels. Staff are very polite and welcoming.

I wouldn’t ever choose to sleep in the beds again. They don’t seem clean and they didn’t even have a fitted sheet just two top sheets

Great location and great rates. Located 1/2 mile to Woodbury outlet center and I-87 NY Thruway exit 16. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was clean. Basic continental breakfast nothing special. Coffee was strong. Would stay again.
