「Great place to stay in Harrah」

「I booked a room, but the front desk was very rude and I had to wait 30 minutes before I could check in.」

「The rooms were clean. Wonderful staff. They even opened the pool early for us to swim. We will be back to visit soon. We had a wonderful time here!」

「Very clean hotel. I really had a great stay . My only complaint is the food and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough . Throughout my stay in this hotel , they serve same thing for breakfast. I stayed from Sunday and checked out on Saturday. We had same breakfast. Atleast switch the scrambled eggs to another type of egg. Also, I had a class and a meeting on teams for 3 consecutive days, and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough cutting off… on a one hour session, I had to rejoin for more than 13 times. That’s...

「When we arrived we were notified of a room change with 1 less bed. Ultimately the gentleman at the counter corrected the issue but it took some time. Breakfast was not as good as we're used to.」

「The room did not have a coffee pot, extra blankets/pillows, and the television worked sporadically. The continental breakfast was a joke, you could choose from corn flakes or raisin bran and pour from a one-gallon milk jugs that everyone shared or you could make a waffle...that is it, no fruit, yogurt, no other options.」

「There is a very nice area in back of the property with a grass-lined winding path and water features that was a relaxing place to get away for a walk or just a relaxing moment. Excellent housekeeping!」

「Clean! Incredibly quiet. Beds AND pillows are so comfortable. Shopping is within walking distance. Restaurants or fast food are less than a block away. This hotel was budget friendly and I’m sure it was as good, if not better, than the surrounding hotel chains.」
