Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
This property was at all times full of kids who gathered around elevators and lobby area. There was mold on soap holder in shower, they put a queen sheet on a king bed that kept coming off. The breakfast coffee area was a huge inconvenience .

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
The AC in the room did not work, multiple calls down to the front desk and it still did not wor. On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees ...

Amazing friendly staff willing to help with anything! The wine happy hour - with entertainment! So so good! And the Rum House right in the hotel- great cocktails with again amazing live music. Location was fantastic! Definitely staying here again!
