Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Excellent and quick check in. Had trouble with the tv and heater. Maintenance guy came right away to fix it. Spilled coffee on the bed and housekeeping came right away and changed the bed. Room was clean and comfy. Will stay here again. Excellent location.

Hotel Edison Times Square
The room’s heating system did not work properly, we had to call multiple times to request help with the heater in the room. The water was turned OFF for 8 hours without any notification until after checking in. The absolute worst thing was the front desk “tapped” my credit card three times (too quickly) ...
