There was a $100 cash deposit for Expedia bookings. I was not made aware of this at the time of booking and had to go find cash once I got there. The room was not soundproof and I can hear people walking in the lobby.

Fraud, we went there around midnight and they told us they were overbooked, after that they just documented us as no-show and refused to give us refund.

Air conditioning wasn’t super strong - it wasn’t even hot outside - but the room wasn’t hot. Fridge worked. The property had a few cosmetic maintenance issues (holes in grout and caulk, peeling paint) but was really quiet for NYC and was perfectly functional for sleeping. Not luxurious but I was only there to sleep. Property requires a cash deposit which is given back at end of stay.

It was a nice place! If you used Expedia to book the place make sure to have $100 cash or if you used Booking $60. They have a ATM but I had to call my bank due to fraud protection, so to save time just bring the money. There’s a microwave on the 1st floor, the ice machine is in the basement!?!? Which was interesting because I was staying on the 5th floor, but other than that it’s good

The hotel isn't in a great area - very industrial, a lot of litter. The room and bathroom are very basic. When I arrived I was told I had to provide a $100 cash deposit. I wasn't previously told this so I had no cash. They "conveniently" have an ATM in the lobby. $4 fee.

Room and floor were pretty dirty shower was clean enough to be comfortable. Would just recommend spending the extra 50 a night to stay at a better hotel. Also the 100 dollar deposit was ridiculous and it was a distance away from any Mta stops

La pulizia dell’hotel è scarsa; La posizione è comoda, collegata bene con la metro o con i bus; Personale gentile in loco, ma non rispondono al telefono né per messaggio né per chiamate e se avete qualche problema/domanda risulta molto difficile; La zona non è delle migliori, ma noi non abbiamo avuto problemi; La stanza ha tutto l’occorrente, unica cosa da migliore l’insonorizzazione, oltre la pulizia!!!!

All sheets on the bed were heavily stained. When we asked housekeeper for new sheets she gave us some but they were all heavily stained as well. We got housekeeping once and although they made the bed and cleaned everywhere else, all the bed sheets were still heavily stained.

Zero amenities, not even soap to wash your hands. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff with the manager nowhere to be found (we checked if they were there every morning 4 days in a row and somehow each time they weren’t). Mysterious stains on the walls. Bedbugs found in the bed and they did not offer to switch our room NOR give us a refund for the rest of our stay. People outside blared incredibly loud music every single night 11p-5a so we could not sleep either. We ended up just getting another hotel. Will never be coming back to this hotel and I plan on emailing the manager about my experience, it is ridiculous that they did not offer a refund or any help. The Residence Inn around the corner that we switched to was amazing so if the location is important to you, stay there!
