My AC not working. Was 79 in room. Peeling paint on ceiling. Shower grout not clean. Took pics of it all and will share directly with hotel. Otherwise love area and design of rooms. The hotel offered high quality services and accommodations in a trendy and creative environment. The room was so much nicer than most NYC hotel rooms we've visited, the rooftop bar was beautiful and delicious pastries and coffee served with the option to sit outdoors was really nice.

Untitled is tucked away down a graffiti covered alley, it was cool and artsy. The location was close and walkable to Chinatown and Little Italy and some great food. Public transportation was reasonably close. The hotel room was very small, but clean and efficiently appointed.

Verrassend verblijf achter een ruwe façade Bij aankomst in de straat en het smalle steegje, was mijn eerste reactie er één van twijfel: had ik wel de juiste keuze gemaakt? De omgeving oogt rommelig, met veel graffiti – visueel niet aantrekkelijk. Maar die eerste indruk bleek gelukkig misleidend. Achter deze rauwe buitenkant schuilt een uitstekend hotel met een ontspannen sfeer en vriendelijk, gastvrij personeel. De kamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht, maar schoon en functioneel. Beneden en buiten zijn fijne plekken om rustig te zitten en te ontspannen. Het uitzicht vanuit mijn kamer op de tiende verdieping was werkelijk prachtig. De omgeving is natuurlijk fascinerend. Vele uren heb ik het veelzijdige en verrassende Manhattan verkend. Het ontbijt vond ik aan de magere kant – beperkt in keuze en weinig voedzaam en niet echt gezond. Daar is zeker ruimte voor verbetering. Over de steeg: hoewel ik de graffiti persoonlijk lelijk vind, blijkt het een toeristische trekpleister te zijn. Er worden continu foto’s gemaakt, ook door professionele fotografen voor mode- en kunstprojecten en artiesten. Het heeft een zekere aantrekkingskracht en charme. Dat de steeg mij verraste was dus een tekortkoming in mijn research voordat ik reserveerde. Dit hotel krijgt van mij de hoogste waardering! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

We checked in close to midnight after a long day of travel, just wanting a clean, comfortable place to rest, but it was the exact opposite. We found tiny bugs crawling out of the shower drain and up the walls, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room they gave us was already occupied, we accidentally walked in on a half-naked man. The third room was only available for one night, and we were later told we’d have to move back to the original room with the bugs. At that point, we asked to cancel the rest of our stay. The hotel said they issued a refund through Expedia, but nothing went through for nearly two weeks. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel and couldn’t get a response and almost denied the refund until I followed up with the hotel again —only then was it processed. The rooms are small and overpriced, and while the aesthetic tries to be trendy, the space felt worn — the curtain shades were stained and not well maintained. Overall, a really poor experience.

Such a unique location in a graffiti filled alley! Excellent location with tons of shops, food and bars close by. Coffee and pastries, beautiful garden and eating/working area. Highly recommend!
