I will never stay here again, the first time I gave a bad review, the photos were far from what I expected, I paid $1000 for three nights, and when I approached the room, it felt like a trip The beginning of the failure, it feels very cheap, the windows are dirty outside, the corridor is very small, the room is very small, there is a suitcase in the room, there is basically no space, it is said to be a refurbished room, but it looks really ordinary, I will immediately Went downstairs and checked out, no refund of a penny. I don't recommend

We had a great stay it was only for a day the location is very convenient the only part we dislike was the elevator but glad we are heavy sleepers. Everything was cleaned and I’m a clean freak I bought cleaning supplies to wipe down the doors and remote control and to my surprise everything was clean no dark colors on the white rags I used to wipe down the room. I would come back again. Staff was also ok I didn’t need anything or bothered them but they gave us complementary waters and small snacks. They let me park until I got settled in the room I thought that was nice. We stayed on a Tuesday so it wasn’t too busy. I’m actually very impressed with this place. I looked up the reviews before I booked basically it’s a lot of entitled people that complains when things don’t go their way, the walls are thin I get that but it’s a big city it’s loud everywhere especially on a busy street if you don’t like the noise maybe find something outside of the city instead of on a busy street.

The room was small but well-designed; the sink counter looked as if it had not been cleaned between stays. There was construction on the road not far from the hotel that started at 8am. The hotel lobby was pleasant and clean. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay at this Mariott. The highlight was without a doubt the breakfast area - there was plenty of option and the main dishes changed everyday. I have to mention the elevator - it makes the sketchiest sound and I was reliving my PTSD from the Tower of Terror. Upon arrival we heard other customers complained that it was making a lot of sound day and night in their room but happy to say that it wasn’t the case for us (#1008) Talking about the room, it is very small. When in NYC we’re not spending much time there anyway but here it was difficult to get around the beds and have place for our carry on (2 adults & 1kid). It was exceptionally cold during our stay (-15C) but the window are not well insulated and we had to keep the shutter closer to keep the room warm, not amazing when there’s only a single light above the door and 2 nightstands Finally the shower is not great. The door is not sealed properly and water kept leaking on the floor when someone took a shower. Not a great experience for the person coming after.

We had a great stay! The staff was so friendly everyday. The breakfast was great. We weren’t crazy about the steak and eggs, but we loved the omelettes. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job refreshing it during our time. The area was safe with plenty of restaurants and things within walking distance. I honestly have no complaints. If I can get another deal in the future, I’d definitely rebook!

Great Location and Service, Typical NYC Room Size We stayed here for one night and had a solid experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. As for the room, both the living area and the bathroom were pretty tight, though that is to be expected for a hotel in the heart of New York City. The beds were average in terms of comfort—perfectly fine for a short stay. One of the highlights was the front desk staff; they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Parking Note: Self-parking is located at an off-site lot. However, the hotel was able to validate our parking ticket, which provided a helpful discount. Overall, a convenient spot if you're looking to be in the middle of the action!
