Highly recommend!

Good service good staffs! We got early check-in in the morning cos I am a member of Marriott Group. WiFi speed fast. They did very good in details. A lot of USB plugs and surprisingly they hv ionic hair dryer. Good location which is close to subway and train station.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and attentive. Great location. Room was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. We had an hiccup with the room’s heat and the maintenance staff was on it within minutes and provided a space heater that kept our room toasty during the worst snowstorm in NY in a decade. Afternoon happy hour reception for Bonvoy members was a bonus.

The room was very uncomfortable. Cold, and the heating was very noisy and barely made a difference. The bathroom sink didn't work well and it was really difficult to use it. Poor lighting, a small TV, and no space to store your belongings.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff were wonderful, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good and food was replenished quickly. Service continued to the designated time unlike other hotels that stop a good 30 minutes before the stipulated end. Concierge staff were prompt attending to our transportation needs. Recommendations were excellent. Bartender was attentive and friendly. The only concern was the room lacked storage options for two people in the room. Would like to see coat hooks by front door (on wall) for coats and outfits (closet was extremely small) and hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Could also put shelves or hooks by tv since there was no dresser. Winter coats/boots were hard to store in the room. Would definitely return to this hotel when visiting New York again.

Large slip bins directly outside the hotel overflowing with rubbish for the whole week were stayed… Room was not serviced 3 days out of the 7 we stayed… Requested a kettle for the room twice, when it was finally delivered it was broken and wouldn’t turn off once boiled…No coffee mugs or spoons! Bathroom was tiny, only enough room for one person at a time and only one roll of toilet paper to use, no spare in case you ran out… Buffet breakfast was very bland and disappointing, minimal choice and flavourless… Coffee and juice from machines - not fresh, all packaged… Staff not very welcoming, they don’t speak when they walk past you, and you have to approach all to start a conversation… Bed very uncomfortable and terrible pillows… Double glazed window, but hollow room door so you could hear people talking very clearly when the walked past… The aircon was very noisy, so much so it would wake you up through the night… Not a hotel I will stay at again…

Heat wasnt 100% functioning in our room but, overall, it was a nice stay and I will stay again when visiting NYC. The hotel is located perfectly as well.

We were at mariott in december, as we arrived we had some struggles with the shower but they mitigated them. The customer service was great and they resolved every problem we had, a soecial thank you to Jeffrey who provided a great service. The hotel is clean overall and comfortable, i would improve the breakfast and offer metal cutlery and normal plates and offer a bigger variety of options like pancakes, we had them but only once in 7 days. Thank you for the stay and maybe we will se eachother again.
