Mühsam ist der Checkin/checkout mit längeren Wartezeiten: das gesendetete Email für self Checkin funktioniert nicht. Die nette Frau meinte sie wisse auch nicht, es es sei halt alles neu. Dann muss selber alles von Hand eingegeben werden. VIele Daten, 3 mal das Land auswählen. ID kann nicht gescannt werden. Beim Checkout ist nicht möglich vorzeitig auszuchecken und beim verlassen einfach die Karte...

「Super flot hotel i Prutz, med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Flotte værelser med fin altan med flot udsigt til bjergene. Fin restaurant på hotellet med virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet. Vi fik rigtig god hjælp til aktiviteter i området og vi kunne bestille madpakker på hotellet som vi tog med på vandreturerne. Hotellet har en lækker pool og rigtig fint wellnessområde. Rigtig fine opholdssteder til både spil, hygge og afslapning. 」

「Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

「This was a ski trip, so I chose this hotel because it has in&out skiing. You literally walk out the back, and ski onto the run. A little trickier coming back at the end of the day. You have to take the lift (19 I think) above it, and then ski down a very steep run to get to the back of the hotel. That was asking a lot from my legs after hours of skiing. There might be an easier route, but i didn‘t ask. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Room was great, the breakfast...
