I stayed in this hotel for one night, and they charged me 150 for smoke fee which I NEVER smoke. I'm questioning about clean is the hotel now. And the operation agent on the phone even refuse to help me to solve the problem.

Excellent experience staying here

Front desk staff were so kind! I was visiting for my dad's memorial and encountered a problem accessing files for his photo slideshow. Desk staff provided business service assistance that went above and beyond to help resolve my tech challenge. Overall the hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Will definitely return in the future!

For the price point charged, the hotel is a good value. If you aren't a fussy traveler, and need a clean room, free parking, and close proximity to public transport and the Van Wyck, then you will be satisfied. They offer free breakfast--it's serviceable. Try instead the 7 stars diner in College Point. Very good, and less than 5 minutes away.

Very strange hotel in a bad way. Do not stay here.

Horrible hotel do not stay here room was extremely dirty. Stains on the floor on the carpet. Really bad smell in the room. We reserved a shuttle to airport which was 30 minutes late we almost lost our flight.

The room was falling apart. The bed frame was peeling. The sheets were super worn, a faded yellowish white. The pillows were flat. There was only cable. Television not setup for Netflix. The breakfast was like gas station food. It was not a cheap stay to say the least. It felt like a cheap inn.
