Please Read -MAJOR RENOVATION GOING ON! Only one elevator working, pack your patience. Also, deposit is $100 per night, not per the entire stay. Rooms are Small. What you see here is not what you will get. Other than that, staff was nice and they had breakfast “on the go” bags ready every morning and coffee to compensate for the inconvenience of the construction.

The hotel did not disclose that they were undergoing renovations. they we banging away in the room above me for two days. both days they started at 8 am. on a sunday. Additionally they had no restaurant, a torn up freezing hotel lobby and only one elevator to suppor the hotel ---- when it was working. When it wasn't working, I had to use the stairs and my room was on the 14th floor. Ridiculous. And never even an apology. Abject contempt for their (previously) loyal customers. I have stayed over 5,000 hotel nights in my life and this one now qualifies as the worst.

Took 2 days to look at hot water in shower issue. They mentioned they fixed it but they did not. They came back following day and finally claimed it was broken. They switched us room but the water was warm. Not hot. Front desk hung up on us mid conversation twice. The microwave wasn’t working.

This property is under renovation until MAY 2026! This means that there is only ONE working elevator, no restaurant, and construction noise during the day until 5pm. The staff is great, BUT the rooms are small and VERY close together. You can hear conversations in adjacent rooms clearly, and the walls vibrate when nearby room doors close, 24/7, even around the corner. It is NOT conducive to peaceful sleeping! I am a Hilton Honors member, but will not be using this hotel in the future. If EXPEDIA had stated that the place was under construction in their listing, I would NOT have booked this hotel. This makes it hard to trust Expedia in the future.

Staff is friendly, but there is construction in the hotel lobby, you hear during the day. Theres noise from what sounds like dumpsters and trucks from a company on the street all night. No buffet breakfast as stated becuase of the construction, but instead a bagged continental breakfast. One elevator working because construction crew using the other. My bathroom was freezing cold.

Staff was fine, expedia and/or the hotel didnt mention they were under construction. Restaurant closed, no continental breakfast, weak effort with breakfast bags. Construction on the floor above us and the elevators took at least 5 mins. Watch out for the bedframes, hit everyone one of our knees on them. ... doesnt make up for it but the shower was the best

Had a 4 night reservation. Towels not changed nor garbage picked up for all 4 days. Construction rendered lobby unaccessible. Only one elevator available during day resulting of wait times up to 10 -15 minutes. Did not address snow and ice in front of building. I reserved 4 nights stay. Unfortunately my flight got cancelled and rebooked for next day. So I messaged the property owner that I will check in next day as my flight got cancelled. I arrived next day to the hotel in a harsh weather with a kid and they said that they cancelled my reservation as I didn’t show up on first day. If I want stay then I have to reserve new room which cost me double the amount than my original reservation. I explained my situation and tried to get some resolution. But the manager didn’t respond properly. She is like make a new reservation else leave the property. I made reservation to a different hotel and left. After couple of day the next shocking news came for me. They charged me one day reservation fee for the cancellation as well. They charged me the stay and cancelled my reservation without any notification even after I informed them I will be checking in late. This is my worst experience with Hilton and Expedia.

The listing for this hotel is wildly inaccurate. This hotel is in the middle of a renovation project, which was not mentioned on Expedia's listing for the property. The lobby was filled with contractors coming and going, the elevators were not working during check in, requiring us to climb four floors in the fire stair with our luggage (good thing we were not on the 10th floor!). The restaurant is under renovation and not available to patrons. The thermostat in our room was not functioning, and our room was cold, even when we set the thermostat at 72 degrees. I have photos of the conditions. This was a disappointment and was a real low point in our trip. We checked out early and I will be requesting a refund.

The room was clean and nice! The bathroom beautiful. But they are renovating the hotel so its a small lobby, and one of the elevators is under construction, breakfast is on the go. But the room is beautiful and the view of the buildings are nice.

Tons of construction going on. Down to one elevator. The shower curtain had visible smoke burns in it. Beds were comfy though.

Hotel was under construction and restaurant was closed. We were not notified in advance about the inconvenience. Only one working elevator due to construction which made for very long wait, especially in the mornings (10-15 mins). The views were amazing from the rooms.
