The air conditioner was hanging off the wall and caused the carpet to get wet. The towels were unsuitable, one was basically a blanket. Other than that, the staff was kind and the check in was smooth.

No one at front desk on arrival, waited 25 minutes to check in. Very cordial staff and house keeping, though. Right in the neighborhood where we wanted to be, but not much else nearby. Pretty much up to NYC standards, if there is such a thing

They canceled my reservation. I was unaware and showed up at property. They said they tried my credit card that was associated on Expedia. It was expired. They immediately canceled. I had other cards that weren't expired but they didn't use any of those. I was not notigied that this had occurred. Very very awful day. I was too pay at the property.

We arrived late, and after having our room bookies for four months this hotel over sold our room and still tried to charge us for a room. At every step of the process they tried to scam us out of a hotel room. Eventually they booked us at a place down the road, but not without a fight. I do not recommend staying here, as you will be risking them overselling your room if you don’t arrive in time.

Just kind of a weird place. Had issues with the keys the whole time. For some reason the heat in the hallways was cranked so they were sweltering the entire time. Shower pressure left a lot to be desired. Bedside table only on one side of the bed. Just odd.

Kitchen sink was leaking everywhere, bathroom sink hardly drained so we couldnt really use it, bed was made but looks like it was just thrown together, room cards took a while to get it to work because instructions arent clear, when we arrived to check in the checkin person wasnt at all professional and kinda just stood there when we arrived and didnt say anything. Then when we were like “can we check in?” She was like “you are already checked in” and ww were like “no we aren’t, we just got here” and she was like “your all checked in?” And we were like “no, we arent” and she was like “ah ok” and then she walked away and went down the hall. We just stood there confused and eventually she came back and checked us in. Just not at all professional and felt like we weren’t supposed to be there.
