We had a great stay! And overall I recommend this hotel. But there are a few points that I want to say. Everyday when they cleaned our room they took some towels away in the bathroom, probably to replace them for clean ones. But 2 of the 5 days they forgot(?) to replace them with new towels. I went to the service desk to ask for towels, but even then, when promised they would bring towels, we didn't get them. So we had to wait untill the other day when they cleaned our room and probably realised we had no towels. Another small note.. Breakfast.. Last day there were no more forks, even when I asked the staff to replenish them, they said they were out of stock. So I had to eat with a knife and a spoon. Also the fresh orange/apple juice machine was out of order on the 2nd day of our stay, and it never worked again. Besides this we had a lovely stay, friendly staff, it was clean, and the location was perfect.

Hotel was amazing. Had a lot of problems with the WiFi not working. Ended up having to pay for data because it didn’t work.

Hotel carino e comodo per gli standard di New York , vicino a Time Square ma defilato dalla grande confusione. Personale gentile (eccetto un tale Eric, che ho trovato poco cortese e accogliente) Stanze piccole ma giuste per il tempo che ci devi passare. Colazione decorosa anche se con pochi posti a sedere, ma visti i prezzi di NY , averla inclusa non e’ poco! Lo consiglio

Stayed for 3 nights to take a class in the city. The room size was okay for a single queen, price felt a little high. There was a mini fridge in the corner of the room with a microwave on top, and ironing board and iron. A small desk. A big TV and the best part, the bed and pillows (5 stars for the pillows!) were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom shower could have been a bit cleaner, but I think it was just a bit old. All in all, presentation (microwave on top of minifridge on the floor) aside, it had everything I needed - a very very comfortable bed, with clean sheets and great pillows, enough space to relax after all day dance classes, a shower that worked, and a mini fridge to keep drinks cold during a bot summer stay. I could see how it might not be super quiet if you had noisy neighbors, but I was lucky that everyone around me was quiet. Lobby sells snacks and drinks - they might want to consider selling umbrellas. Anyway I'm glad I stayed here. It's a 10min walk from Times Sq. Shorter to the subway.

Excellent location if you are catching a cruise at Piers 88 and 90. Close to Times Square, theatres and restaurants. Intrepid museum less than 20 minutes walk away. Room was clean and comfortable but on the small side. Would stay here again.

Convenient, close to other locations, small room and breakfast was good if you are there before they run out of items. Rooms are small and don’t have enough room for all luggage. Parking is nearby and a little pricey
