Great Stay

Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was always kept up with well and was a great use for our family trip.

Needed a room when in town for a wedding. NOT near prospect park, Noisy area, noisy hotel with thin walls. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful.

The desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was minimal, but adequate. I stayed five nights and noticed that housekeeping in my room—towels, amenities, etc—declined toward the end of my stay. I will stay here again because of the location.

Front desk was super nice and friendly. The bathrooms weren’t dirty, but they need to make sure showers are clean properly. Clean the shower heads and the walls.

There was hair on our toilet but other that that the room was fine. A little small for my taste but fine. Also, there could've been more meat options for breakfast and fruit.

They used a room freshener that was uncomfortably strong, and there were people partying in what seemed to be right outside my door for the entire night on my first evening. Other than that the staff was pleasant and the room was adequate.

I like that it was clean and the staff were polite. I did not like that the internet was on and off. I had to go to the cellar to do my conference. Even when I was there, the internet got interrupted during my meeting.

Online it said there was parking & failed to mention it was street parking. Also the bathroom door was on weighted hinge which caused the door to swing closed forcefully, crushing my partner’s fingers. This is unsafe especially for children as it would likely have broken a finger

Room the size of my closet

The nice thing about the hotel is that it is only 3 weeks old so very new and updated. That being sis the room we had was a king size bedroom, the bed was literally the size of the room. No space to move around the room at all. Not ideal for more than 1 person. No closet to hang coats, you couldn't even move the 1 chair in the room from the spot it was at. I personally would not stay here again or in that size room. Possibly the 2 queen bedroom is a lot larger.

How does this happen....

This was VERY disappointing. I get there to check in at 730 pmand they tell me the hotel is closing and the rooms have minimal accomodations! I did not choose to stay. I needed to find another place at 730pm to stay for the night. This is very unacceptable and how does Hotels.com not know this....I received no prior communications that this was happening. This is the second time in the past few months that something of great magnitude has taken place...things that are huge when you are traveling.
