Hyatt Grand Central New York
The rooms are clean. The location is incredible to arrive by airtrain from JFK. Packages delivered are little expensive. Staff is very friendly. This is my 3rd time at Hyatt!!

The staff was great. Held luggage in check before we explored the city. Handled car service to the airport. Gave us extra cookies during the blizzard. This will be my go to Manhattan hotel in the future
