「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」

「This was great! It’s like having your own apartment with the commodities of an hotel. Reaching reception was a little difficult but other than that everything ran smoothly.」

「交通非常方便，外面就是地鐵、公車、Tram，還有一個小mall，房間很乾淨，電視是傳統的無法投射，然後可能是我們房間比較裡面，所以網路很弱，早餐很豐盛，有kettle可以借，但不知道為何借了卻沒送來？但reception其實很親切，整體而言還算滿意。」

「Nice small hotel on a boat! Guess it's on water but doesn't feel "floating". A bit difficult to find the entrance upon arrival (next to river, beneath main road, taxi driver didn't know), but easily sorted out afterwards. Room a bit small but all essential stuffs are there. Equipped with nespresso coffee machine. Bed was nice and comfortable. Not too noisy as it's not next to main street. Overall satisfied with the experience. 」

「Great apartment, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Perfect location, right in the center of everything, many attractions within a walking distance, many great food options. Metro and train station nearby as well. Would highly recommend!! Two things that I wish were different - not having a front desk on site was a little inconvenient (always nice to have someone to ask questions) and getting more than one pillow per person (there were extras in the closet, but no pillow cases).
