"The room is spacious and very clean, with excellent soundproofing. The bathroom is large, and the bathtub and shower are separate. On weekends, additional shuttle services to Yuanshan MRT Station are available, which makes transportation much more convenient. The staff are also incredibly kind and thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room."

"The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and many of Taipei’s attractions. The staff were courteous and the food was okay in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes that would please people from many different cultures. If you wanted to shop, the Q mall is right next door with easy access to the train and metro systems."
