「I was very impressed with how friendly the check staff were. I had a glitch with my reservation, however it was expedias error and it was of course impossible to get a hold of anyone through the contact numbers. The residence staff however went above and beyond and corrected it for me.」

「We arrived late. Tried calling 4x before to let them know we would be late and never an answer. When we showed up, the buzzer for front desk was broken. When I knocked on the door, I woke the front desk clerk up. He would not help with snack purchase and was not very friendly」

「Not our best hotel stay, leaking ceiling in the restaurant, pictures do not reflect current state of the hotel at all. Peeling paint everywhere, small room, overpriced. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Expedia helpful with changes we needed to make.」

「The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer.」

「Pictures of hotel room on app must be modified! The real room condition much lower than even motel when we travel through Canada! Terrible service looks like only one guy taking care off whole hotel! All facilities very very very poor!」
