Was greeted instantly with a smile, check in process was easy and efficient. Room was clean and renovated recently. Love the 1pm check in time! I travel monthly to Sudbury and i look forward to more stays at this hotel as its a good price for a place to sleep and shower. Also another highlight was the water pressure was great. A very welcome surprise! Price was great compared to other properties listed for that weekend. Manager kindly upgraded from double to king bed and helpful with directions. Recently-renovated room was very clean, warm and having a fully-functional kitchen including sink was unexpected. Site within 10-min drive to most attractions and downtown. Sadly, area lacking in restaurants like most of interior Sudbury. While exterior may not appeal to many, what is found inside is what a weary traveller seeks. Highly recommend this motel to all

When we arrived we were a bit worried because the drive nearby is industrial. The motel looks a bit older from the outside but they have done a fantastic job renovating the room. Lots of room, nice a clean and you can tell they have put lots of work into making it a nice stay.

Very clean room. Bed is comfortable. Traffic noise along main road thru the night. Recommend an ear plug for light sleepers. Need to run the hot water tap to get the right warm temperature. A good stay overall.

Of all of my travels the room was the cleanest I have been in. For the price amenities were appropriate with a fridge,microwave and coffee machine. This is a small 2 story motel with a small parking lot and stairs to upper floor. It is located on a busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise

Your on a corner of a very busy street for constant traffic noise. Trucks, motorcycles, loud muffler cars, Sleeping is not quiet because of this. You have to use the air conditioner on high to block out the street noise. Otherwise, room is updated and clean, beds are good and check in/ out was pleasant and easy, staff is friendly.
