"The best things about the hotel are the staff and the location. On the down side, the hot water kept either going cold or cutting out thought the day and our stay. There's no telephone on the room so I had to keep going down to reception, wait in queue and report the lack of hot water. The engineer had to come up and "reset the hot water tank"! That's every time it happened and it happend over four time when hot water went cold and multiple times during the day when the hot water just stopped coming out of the tap. The rooms have to air con either. Aloso, save yourself some money and opt out of the buffet breakfast. There's not much there...! I guess you get what you pay for and for the price we pay, we get the service that reflects that price."
