This hotel is beautiful! All the way from the architecture of the hotel to the staff! The only downside is the parking. Finding somewhere to park near the hotel was like finding a needle in a hay stack. My overall rating for the hotel it’s self is 5 stars!

Our room really needed a remodel / some work done. Bathroom tiles were missing, there was a fairly large dent in the wall, prior wall maintenance was left unpainted. Definitely an underwhelming experience

I absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff were all so kind, the room was clean and nice cold AC, the hotel itself is so unique with its history, and the "New Orleans" feel. They always had tea and coffee and use of a microwave available in the lobby. The parking was a shkrt walk/drive and was secure in a garage and that made peace of mind so much better. This will be the 1st place i look at going forward when visiting The French Quarter.

The property is conveniently located in the French Quarter. Easy walk to many points of interest and easy access to the streetcar lines(just a few blocks away by foot). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the local areas. We arrived early and were able to secure our luggage in a locked closet.

Lovely old hotel in the French Quarter. Booked ant the last minute in NYE due to travel delay. Our room was small but very clean, nicely furnished, and the balcony gave us a great view! Staff was very friendly and efficient—would definitely stay here again!

The complimentary coffee was amazing. The staff always greeted us with a smile and conversation. Loved the quiet little courtyard. It was far enough from the main Bourbon street noise but convenient enough to walk everywhere. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, Location, right in the French Quarter, easy walking distance to the street cars and the French Market. Beignets at café du monde a must. It is obviously an older building but inside is well appointed and clean. Took us a few minutes to find our room so a small location map would be appreciated. Free limited safe parking a short 5 - 10 minute walk.
