The room was clean & cozy. The only complaint was the bed room area was kind of warm. Also the elevator was out of order.

We had a great stay at Merchant Lofts! The location couldn't be better. We were within walking distance of Jackson Square and the WWII Museum, with tons of things to do all around us. The condo was exactly as described, nice and clean, and we loved the huge tub! Having a garbage chute right on our floor was a convenient little bonus. My only suggestions are purely personal preference: a TV in the bedroom would be a nice touch, and the room has plenty of space for a bigger bed, so even a queen would be a great upgrade. Neither took away from our trip, though. We'd definitely stay here again!

I was apprehensive after reading the mixed reviews, but our room was AMAZING. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We rented a room on the roof and had access to chairs and tables overlooking the city. The location was GREAT. The appliances and kitchen made our stay just perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was great overall, just had a bit too much sunlight inside during the day and roof window attracted a bunch heat.

The room looked just like the pictures on the website, but we paid for the penthouse with the balcony and the balcony was nothing like the pictures listed. It had showed dividers for each room having their own little private space on the balcony. There were no dividers. They showed tables and chairs at every patio door, but there wasn’t. The balcony also seemed to be a safety hazard with many pieces of the floor taken out and scattered around. The roof also showed a gazebo with chairs and that was not there either. The actual room and everything else was great just a little disappointed by the balcony area

Great location; great space

This was a nice place. The location was great— near enough that everything is easy to get to but far enough away to not be overly chaotic and noisy. Super spacious rooms with a great kitchen
