「Great and clean hotel」

「We stayed here at the end of March and the hotel was under complete rehabbing. Bet October not much progress has been made. Room furniture has not been replaced. Heavily worn.」

「After a long travel day it was nice being greeted by Jay. Jay was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room had been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower. The only thing the room was missing was a chair (other than desk) to sit in. There is room in the corner by the floor lamp. Something at the bottom on the drapes would help to keep all the air from the unit from blowing up under the drapes instead of into the room. ...

「Expedia showed a free breakfast and I was asked about the free breakfast on this questionaire. The breakfast attendant at the Hilton said it was only free to certain upgraded members and i was not on her list. I had to pay for the breakfast. That said, it was a good breakfast. The eggs were real eggs not powdered. They were hot. I had sausage snd a biscuit with cream gravy. Fresh fruit juices, cereal, etc. Were available. 」

「I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t rate that. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lots of parking available. Easy access to highway, shopping, and dining.」

「Mobility accessible room was spacious enough for me to comfortably get around. Roll in shower was very nice. Bed was the most comfortable one. I have slept in at a hotel in a very long time. I like a firm mattress and this was. The chair and ottoman was very comfortable and worked well for my needs to keep my feet elevated.」

「Well run, brand new, and impressive. I spoke with the owners for a bit and they left a very positive impression. Hands dow this was the most impressive Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I usually stay at the Westin at St Louis and honestly, this place was nicer and they have a surprisingly nice restaurant. 」

「Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. They were very adamant about having a card on file for deposit 🙄. I would most definitely stay at this location in the future. 」
