「This house needs to be looked at by a home inspector. Their is an obvious odor in the living room of mildew or mold, the floors are severely warped with soft spots, and there are light switches (ex: vanity lights in master bathroom) that are not operational. We were left with one towel per bed, for a 5 day stay, only one extra roll of toilet paper, one extra trash bag, only 4 laundry pods, and the creamer at the coffee station was curdled. 「Had a great stay. The house was immaculate, cozy, close to tons of shops and restaurants. All areas of town were easily accessible. The back yard and fire pit was a great escape. We had an amazing time in Wilmington and will choose this property again if it's available for a future visit. Pet friendly, clean, and we'll maintained. Thank you!」
