「The breakfast not replenished, no egg cups provided !!! Table in conservatory leg falling, shabby chairs. Slow service, staff saying Chef only just turned up. Dining room area full of cobwebs, cleaners need to look above eye level, The rooms shower facilities not great the floor not level . It’s such a shame as the outside of the building and views are great.」

「The property and staff fantastic. Breakfast perfect. Great location. Doggy rooms great with outside space and table and chairs. Would recommend. The only thing I say was I thought the price of £25 per night was a bit steep. Always paid extra for dogs at hotels but never this much. Even the big hotels in the area only charge £20 per night. ?」

「No breakfast available despite being listed as such. Previous reviews mention staff but there were none. Room was fairly clean and comfortable. Entry via key code which means the same code for the main door and the room door - has someone unlock my room when I was in it. Not very safe and very poor for the money. Would not recommend. 」

「Room was comfortable and clean. Doors tend to slam so you can have noisy neighbours. Garden was big and plenty of seating but needs some tlc and more kids stuff. Food was average at best. Some staff were great, some need more training. Not sure I’d stay again.」
