「We had two night booked, we only stayed one because we arrived too late to find alternatives the first day. I’d rather lose money than my sleep. The room is okish but super noisy due to the 60mph road right next to the hotel. There is no staff and directions were unclear to most guests we met in the first hour or so. These guests were still trying to get some help finding their rooms two hours later. It is very overpriced for what they offer.」

「Super stay! We come back every few months!」

「Schönes großes Zimmer und Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großer Parkplatz. Nicht viel in der Umgebung fußläufig zu erreichen.」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「Absolutely Perfect in every way possible. Spacious Room with a Very Comforable King size bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!」

「Virkelig hyggeligt sted med en fantastisk dejlig have. Værelset var rent og pænt」

「Unfortunately, our high hopes were dashed. The pot of tea and cake on arrival in a side room was a bit weird. Our room, which was the most expensive of our 3-week trip was painfully small and uncomfortable The bed was too soft. This property may be loved by others due to its history and charm, but it wasn’t what we’d hoped it would be.」

「Nice place to stay over where you can enjoy a pint and a meal!!」

「We found all staff so friendly and helpful. Entering the hotel gave a feeling of relaxation comfort and homely. Variety of food choices giving tasty evening meals and breakfast although I thought it too much to charge an extra £10 each for a fried breakfast whereas other hotels it’s included in the room cost. Our room was very comfortable with a superb shower」

「It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

「Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again.」

「The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.」

「Sweet well designed and decorated rooms」

「Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.」
