「very good 」

「The room was nice, the shower was not. Hard to stand as the tub was narrow and curved. Hard to find anyone at the front desk. Breakfast was ok.」

Multiple times night staff asked if we needed a late check out at 12:00pm to just let them know and they would take care of us. Night staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. If I based my review on the night staff it would be all 5 stars. Daytime staff acted like they did not care wether we stayed their or not. Additionally after multiple nights of staff...

「Room was clean」

「The hotel is a bit dated, which doesn't bother me, the room was large and I really appreciated the door between the bedroom and living room. The elevator was rickety, so we took the stairs often. There was a terrible smell in one of the stair wells. The furniture (fold out couch and chairs) were decent, but they really need to be cleaned, a professional wet hoover would do wonders. The bed was comfy enough. Shower was great even though the water pressure was not good. The employees were friendly...

「Our room was large and well furnished. The A/C did not work well during the night but was better in the morning. Enjoyed the large tub with jets. Breakfast was adequate but lacked items that are usually found at a hotel comparable to this one. Staff was helpful. It was at a good location for getting around town.」

「Grounds, rooms and most areas were very clean. The family pool could use a little TLC along with the windows in the main dining room. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Food is wonderful as always!」
