「We had a fantastic view over Mbombela from our rooms (executive double). Large and well equipped rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Orange Restaurant on the premises is great, at reasonable prices. We are from Europe and visit Kruger National Park regularly. Loerie's is our preferred stop from or to O.R. Tampo airport in Johannesburg.」

「We especially enjoyed the breakfast with lovely fresh fruit. Room was spacious with a great shower. We left early so missed out on our second breakfast however the staff supplied us with a packed breakfast which was a feast!!」

「We liked our stay at the game reserve, our unit overlooked the river which was very relaxing, we only went on 1 game drive due to not seeing any Elephants or Lions which was disappointing and the Buffalo where very far away, the vehicle for the game drive was very old and difficult to get in and out as I have had 2 hip replacements.」

「Our stay at Lion Sands River Lodge was excellent! From the time we arrived at the Skukuza airport to the time we departed, our expectations were far exceeded. The Lion Sands River Lodge was amazingly decorated with thatch roofs. Dining and sitting areas overlook the river with spectacular views.
