「Big bugs in the room」

「The property was very clean. When we had an issue in the breakfast area it was taken care of immediately.」

「Great」

「Good experience but was sadly disappointed that both myself (a disabled 76 year old) and my spouse who is also disabled, were forced to climb the stairs to get to our room. No elevator. One would wonder what the thought process was when remodeling the hotel for future travelers,」

「It was very nice hotel. Our room was very clean. Will definitely stay again.」

「It was very quiet. Room was clean except for the floor. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Staff at check in was great - friendly and thorough. The room was clean, beds comfortable, instructions for remote were adequate. The air freshener that seemed to get stronger every time the HVAC kicked on was not good for my allergies to fragrances. Why was that necessary? Then we used the toilet and there was enough TP for ONE use. No extra roll anywhere. No one was in the office so we used the paper towels. (NO we did not flush them. They were put in the trash can.)」

「The staff was great. They are still remodeling so no pool. I could smell cigarette smoke down the hall to our room on the first floor, but not in our room. Shower door had mold on the bottom. I assume they will be replaced for the remodel, but unsure. DO NOT expect much for breakfast. We went down at 8 and there wasn't much to choose from. Nothing was refilled: Orange juice, 1 boiled egg, a little milk, one packet of oatmeal. Cereal, bread and waffles were about the only thing they had....

「I’ve had to stay at this property a few times as it is the only place in town to stay. In the future, I will definitely make the 45 minute drive to a better hotel. It is very much in disrepair and dirty. Don’t let the “excuse our mess while under construction“ signs, they are doing absolutely no repairs in the six months I’ve been coming through here.」

「There is no elevator. The front desk person would not change room to first floor. He would not help carry suitcases to second floor. The hallway smelled bad. There was no breakfast to speak of.」
