Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The inn was under renovation. Nothing was communicated about the incredible inconvenience. Work materials were all over the property, inside and out. Work trucks took up all handicap spaces, dumpsters took up valuable parking spaces. Workers would be outside the inn at night drinking and smoking. As an unaccompanied woman, I did not feel safe. No breakfast was available. There were stale bread slices and undrinkable coffee amidst the dusty shelf in the lobby where renovations were taking place.
No ice available.
The outside property was not well kept. Overgrown weeds, grass, green areas.
Room was musty. Holes in the wall, damaged door to bathroom. Towels and sheets seemed clean.
If I had been notified and compensated for the distress, maybe it would have been different. I was in a bind and this was the only place to stay.
Vacationers beware.
The TV worked.
