「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We booked a last minute weekend stay here after our original flight was cancelled. The staff was beyond friendly and the location was wonderful.. about 2 blocks from the French Market, close enough to the action but not so close that you were up all night. We got to watch a couple parades go by (wedding, protest, and a just because parade lol) the courtyard and pool area are very cute. The building itself is older, as are most buildings in the heart of the French Quarter so the rooms were on...

「This was our first time at a non-chain, so I was nervous. We arrived though, and I was put at ease. The property was beautiful. The decor was on-point. The staff was amazing and engaging. Breakfast was more than I expected it to be - it was a hot/cold continental breakfast. It was on the outskirts of the busy, so quiet enough at night, but walkable to everything we wanted to see! We will definitely return to this hotel.」
