There was an issue with booking i have ordered a room with full view but somehow the hotel received different booking and I am not sure how it happened because when i contacted hotels.com they confirmed to me that the booking was for full view, however hotel had a room with partial view on the receipt from hotels.com. 「1.住三晚卻從來沒有來整理房間 2.一開始房間有霉味，後來有要求換房間，換成2大床不加價，還不錯 3.咖啡供應不足，常常需要反映 4.位於交流道旁，旁邊有加油站，DQ餐廳，對面有超市，滿方便的 」

「The hotel was well taken care with fresh, clean interiors. Thevstaff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for walkable restaurants in the area. Just wish the next door guest would have turned the TV down at midnight! White noise on my phone solved the problem. 」

「湖景不錯 但飯店的偵煙器只要我們進入浴室沖澡10分鐘就會響 直到我們把房門打開才會停止 即使響了也沒飯店人員關注 還連續兩人沖澡都是同樣情況 這要是真的發生火災 飯店人員也無法判斷吧 另外樓層太薄， 晚上比較安靜時刻，樓上房間的住客走動都聽的一清二楚 嚴重影響我們的睡眠品質」
