「This is by far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my ENTIRE life. You are welcomed by warm, nice staff who look actually delighted to work there and wanting to ensure your stay is enjoyable. 「Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
