We are very happy with the amazing service that scarlet Jimenez from the office gave us, the hotel in general is absolutely beautiful, very clean, quiet and just in front of the beach 🏖️, with a convenient store downstairs, the kitchen with all the available food to make a delicious breakfast. Nelson the housekeeper man was very helpful, respectful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we need. The pool was the best with an amazing ocean view. I recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Las Terrenas, DR and we definitely will come back here. Thank you Scarlet & Nelson. Melania & Yasmin from New Jersey.

Not private pool in family room like says. No separate in room dining area or kitchen in family room like it says. No 3 beach bars. No house keeping daily. Lock could have easily been bent to get into room. Check in and out was odd and disorganized. Nelson was awesome but the listing was just inaccurate.
