「This is our go-to safe hotel when we travel to Santa Maria for work. The staff is incredibly friendly, the appliances are brand new, and everything is spotless. Occasionally, the noise from passing cars can be a bit annoying, but the comfortable, clean, and cozy bed more than makes up for it. Neel is always very attentive, even when my team and I check in late due to work. He is consistently friendly, polite, and helpful.」

「The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.」

「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「Its been built 1887 by Vitalis Runels retired ranch owner, its victorian style built from Redwood. So beautiful and very impressive and quiet. It have so beautiful gardens as well. I will come back with my church members again. Two Thumbs Up!!!」
