TV remote didn’t work or didn’t have a cover for the batteries. The place was clean. Everything is well used and not maintained very well if you’re looking for just a cheap place to crash. This is the place.

The room had like a molding smell and my room door was open when I arrived to the door and that was kind of scary so my husband when inside and look around to make sure everything was OK to go in then after that it was kind of late to cancel but I didn't sleep good but we only stayed for one night.

Friendly staff. It appears there are some long term folks staying there but they are quiet and stay to themselves. I have stayed there over five times recently when in town for business. I will keep staying there when in Santa Maria.

I had cockroaches in my room!! I called front desk and they said I was lying they “knew their rooms” but I took pictures and called Expedia and emailed them the pictures. Management urged me and begged me not to put a bad review or say anything but these pests are bad for your health and inhuman not say anything for innocent people. Million thank you to Expedia I got a full refund because front desk didn’t want to refund me they just said to get out.
