"For a quick 2 night stay in Oslo, the hotel was perfect. Yes the rooms are small but the location and cleanliness make up for that."

"We recently stayed 3 nights at Thon Slottsparken and had a wonderful stay. Good location - we were able to walk around pretty much everywhere. We stayed in a business room, and it could fit 2 adults, 2 young kids easily with plenty of space. They set up the sofa bed before our arrival, and it felt like we had two bedrooms! I don't think there was AC, but the weather was pleasant while we were there, so no complaint. Bathroom's floor was heated. There was a kitchenette in the room (stove, microwave, fridge, sink) with limited cooking utensils (just one bread knife, no other knives) and no dish soap, but I suppose they could supply more if we needed/asked for those. We didn't use the kitchen since we were just out and about all day after breakfast until bedtime lol. There was a self-service laundry in the basement (about ~$8-9/load), but we didn't need to use it. Breakfasts were plenty with a good variety. Staff was nice and friendly."

"The hotel was a well designed boutique hotel in a great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Coffee and tea bar open all day was a nice treat. My one complaint was the pull out sofa my daughter slept on was not acceptable. If a hotel offers a sleeping option for a third person it should have a proper mattress. I expected more for the amount of money we spent."
