「What a fantastic stay!!! I knew this hotel was going to special, because of the outstandingly glowing reviews and the historical theme, location and setting—but it really was amazing! My favourite things: -Room (The Woodworker) cleverly fitted out and had amazing bathroom with *happy sigh* Le Labo toiletries. We were also gifted a bottle sparkling wine, which was a treat -Breakfast was delicious and was plated and brought to our table with variety of freshly baked goods, boiled egg, fruit,...

Characteristic decorated bar and tables. Delicious breakfast. Room windows can open and enjoy the sun light, fresh air and canal view. Free minibar refreshes everyday. Yeah, stairs are steep but I find it fun and good experience.」

「A small but stylish hotel. Staff are very warm and helpful. Not many but sufficient choices on breakfast. Nice coffee, shower gel/shampoo available in room. Hotel is also well located and easily accessible to various museums/travel spots. However the shower area is transparent with no curtain at all so it's ideal for couples mainly whilst friends need to take this into consideration before booking」
