「I called to confirm our stay the day before our reservation. The woman who I spoke with said check in was at 4:00, but the rooms were usually ready early. I had reserved 4 rooms because I was traveling with several of my adult children. This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. We all used the two rooms to relax a bit and at 4:00 I walked back to the main hotel...

Parking right outside your room. Very safe location with easy access to shops and tourist sites a short drive away. I will stay at this property again.」

「When I arrived at the room I noticed a prevalent mildew and possible sewage smell. We left and came back to the room and it seemed to get worse. We notified the front desk, and they readily agreed that the smell of the room was quite strong. They immediately offered to move us to another room of the facility. We looked at the other room and while it did not smell like the first room, the air conditioning was not on and we feared that turning on the air conditioning might create the same...
