Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
Did not get the room we paid for. Paid for a king and got 2 queens. What’s the point of a reservation. Tried to make up for it by comping us breakfast but breakfast was awful. No service on the day we needed same and spoke with one of the housekeepers about it.
