"Room was clean it had everything I needed"

"Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a toe nail on the floor… there was grass in the bed sheets. The building has no way to get a snack or drink if no one is at the counter, only a virtual assistant. We came downstairs at 7am and most of the “breakfast” was gone. And to top it off the police were there at 5am banging on the neighbors door. Definitely didn’t feel safe. We left to get drinks and came back and the front door was locked. We had to be buzzed back into the hotel. Not family friendly. And no amenities "

"The initial check in went very smooth the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was decent and bed were comfy. Breakfast was traditional continental which I was hoping for more of a variety but it did the trick. Parking was safe and well lit. I would definitely recommend for a quick overnight stop in. "

"Room was clean but the chair had stains all over it also no hand towels and only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 days. The towels were like using ruff sandpaper to dry off with they scratched your skin. But on the good end the bed and pillows were very comfortable."
