「Modern clean apartments with rooftop pool and large gym. Very friendly staff! Comfortable beds. Very walkable to Broadway and restaurants. Next time I would request higher apartment so it would be quieter ( Nashville can be very loud on the streets)」

「First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. 」

「It was a short trip. Everything at the hotel was nice. The only issue that we had was that I had to ask for the maid service to come. BUT it is a huge hotel and I'm sure the staff had plenty of rooms to clean.」
