I loved the outdoor and indoor architecture the most. Great job in maintaining this lovely hotel. The elevators are very quick too and the staff is very accommodating to all needs.

Great stay
I stayed at the Sheraton while attending a one day convention and it was fabulous. The room was nice and well-kept, the staff were friendly and made themselves available in the event that a guest needed anything. I will say that when I entered the room on day two, the deadbolt popped out and it took awhile to push back in. I went to call the front desk only to realize that the phone was not working. I was able to fix the deadbolt on my own so it ended up being fine.

When we got there we hadn't realized there was a $100 hold but that was fine. We had dinner at the restaurant which was pricey considering the quality. My bread on my Reuben was burnt. My bf's chicken was over cooked & dry. Went up to the room and there was no hot water and the phone didn't work. Switched rooms at midnight after the front desk realized I wasn't an idiot and knew how a shower works. Wasn't offered anything and since we checked out we still haven't received the $100 hold back. Will never stay at a Sheraton ever again

We had an issue with checking in due to the huge storm that shut down the Boston airport. The management was super unhelpful, and did not try to help out in anyway. Usually in extraordinary situations, people try to find solutions, these people were terrible. All they said was "you booked through Expedia call them", They acted like it was a problem that I booked through Expedia. Is there a war between Expedia and Marriott? I always book through Expedia, nothing personal it's easy. Really unfriendly people and I would not recommend staying here.

Unhappy experience.
Had to switch rooms due to faulty heating/AC unit. The toilet in the next room was backed up. Very unhappy with our experience.

The bathroom floor was dirty at check in not horrible but appeared not cleaned. Room 312 was extremely loud at around 7:30 every morning I did not say anything that’s on me but the lady who visited them was very loud. Room was comfy everyone was so nice. Someone needs to check the heater it was very loud. Thank you overall nice place will definitely stay again

It was ok. There was no hot water the night I arrived so I would have appreciated being told about that before I showered the next morning for work. And when i tried to call the front desk the phone didnt work to do so. Trying to get breakfast was frustrating too as the lady manning the register wasn't very communicative about how the buffet worked vs VIP service in a locked room.

Was not pleased with the strong fumes from paint or some other caustic material. This occurred on Saturday afternoon and caused headache. They stated we could have a late check out on Sunday at one pm. Then we were harrased at least 3 times to see if we had checked out already (before 1pm the aggreed upon checkout time). Would not stay again. Unfortunate because it is a neat place.

Great little spot if staying the night clean friendly faces. Not the best bed I’ve ever slept on and the water did not get even remotely warm enough to shower, pretty loud in the hallway due to the heavy weighted doors. Over all though fine.

Great place to stay
We loved staying at the Sheraton Nashua! The room was comfortable and clean and very convenient for doing things around Nashua. We even had a problem with our TV remote and they gave us a new one instantly.

An R&R weekend
It was my birthday weekend. We had a stressful summer and we needed to get away. We got plenty of rest, Did a little site seeing and spent a few hours with my grandson and his side half. We had some wonderful food. We spent sometime on Hampton Beach and did some leaf peeping.
