"We paid for breakfast $17 x 2 and nobody told us it was over at 9:30 so we couldn’t eat breakfast we arrived at 9:35 ! Was a waste of money"

"Breakfast was a farce. No milk for cold cereal. No hot water for tea. The waffle maker was a mess with gobbs of waffle not fully cooked and all over the counter. On Saturday morning there was two young boys that really made a mess of it and had no idea what they were doing. People were wasting disposable bowls and cups. One middle aged couple had 10 cups on their table. Very disappointing. We sat there for over 30 minutes looking for someone to come in and make things right. It didn't happen."
